At Vuno, we’re committed to delivering farm-fresh food to your doorstep - carefully handled, responsibly sourced, and delivered with care.

 Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within Kenya, with primary focus on:

  • Nairobi and surrounding areas

  • Selected towns and regions (availability shown at checkout)

If your location is not currently supported, please contact us at hello@vuno.africa and we’ll do our best to assist.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Our products are fresh and often harvested close to delivery time.

  • Standard Delivery:
    Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery:
    Available in selected locations for orders placed before the cut-off time (shown at checkout).

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, traffic, or product availability.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any promotions or free-delivery offers will be clearly communicated on the website or during checkout.

🥕 Fresh Produce Handling

Because we deal with perishable, farm-fresh products:

  • Orders are packed carefully to maintain quality and freshness

  • Natural variations in size, shape, or color are normal

  • We recommend someone be available to receive the order upon delivery

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to respond to delivery calls or messages

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested before dispatch

  • Once an order is out for delivery, changes may not be possible due to freshness constraints
